Penny is a coach, and facilitator in the Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities ethos and practice. Penny is a mum to two amazing teenagers and has navigated divorce and co-parenting apart.

Angelena is a mum of two living in London and founder of AWCoaching - SRRC (The Science of Raising Regulated children. Supporting adults to understand how to use neuroscience to help children thrive and flourish).

Ruth is an entrepreneur, former teacher, coach and author who is also a mum of 2 girls. Her background in Psychology and Education haven't seemed to help her as a parent, and her ‘free range’ parenting style yet!

Iona is an economic development professional with a background in regeneration and housing projects. Her work focuses on developing inclusive economy strategies. She is mum to a daughter and son.

Rachel is a parent of two young boys and is honest about how challenging she has found parenting. Professionally she has held roles spanning market research, marketing, and brand & business strategy and is also a certified coach.

Caroline is a mum of two living in Surrey. She has 20 years’ experience across finance, strategy and commercial leadership, and now runs her own pricing consultancy. She’s passionate about equity and inclusion, and believes in the power of shared knowledge, community and compassion to support parents at every stage.

Catherine is a major donor fundraiser for an international development charity working with women in sub-Saharan Africa. Her background is in social justice and women’s causes. She lives in London with her husband, son and rescue dog, Miro.
